You’re in the ring. I’m in your corner.
Steady partnership for women carrying real responsibility.
In Your Corner is both a belief and a practice.
You’re carrying responsibility others can see, and weight they can’t. You’re expected to lead, decide, and deliver, often without the support people assume you have.
In Your Corner exists to change that. Grounded in lived experience and practical support, this partnership provides steady support as you navigate professional growth and personal transitions without losing who you are and what matters most to you.
Meet Jaime
I’ve been in the ring. I know the toll it takes.
I built my career in always-on, high-visibility leadership roles that were deeply rewarding and also incredibly demanding. All the while, life kept happening. I became a mom. I went through a divorce. I cared for an aging parent. And like so many women leaders, I often carried all those professional demands alongside personal responsibilities without support that I needed.
That experience shapes every aspect of In Your Corner. Today, I provide the support I wish I’d had. I am a confidential partner that provides perspective, experience, and tactical support to help you lead well, and live well.
Leadership Support That Works. Now and Over Time.
In Your Corner services are designed around what leaders actually need. Each offering stands on its own, and together create a steady system of leadership support. This work is practical, usable right away, and built to support leaders over time as they meet challenges, and move through change.

Coaching & Facilitation for Executive and Leadership Teams
If you lead leaders, the health of your team shapes the health of the entire organization. When alignment breaks down at the top, it shows up everywhere. Decision-making slows, communication frays, and pressure travels downward.
I partner with executive and senior leadership teams to strengthen how they lead together, especially during moments of pressure, transition, or growth.
-
Crisis Readiness & Crisis Support
Emergencies don’t arrive neatly or predictably. They unfold quickly, stretch on longer than expected, and force leaders to make consequential decisions with imperfect information, often under intense public and internal pressure.
I partner with leaders and leadership teams to strengthen readiness, provide real-time support during crisis, and support recovery once the immediate moment has passed.

Strategic Advisory & Implementation Support
Some moments require more than reflection or advice. They require clear-eyed assessment, and a practical plan for moving work forward.
I provide strategic advisory and implementation support to leaders and organizations facing complex challenges or pivotal moments. This work combines thoughtful review with concrete, execution-ready deliverables, turning vision into action and plans into results.
A Note on Trust & Method
All In Your Corner work depends on trust, confidentiality, and presence. Tools such as Energy Leadership®, Human Systems Dynamics, and Hogan Assessments may be used selectively to support insight and decision-making, but never replace judgment or experience. They strengthen it.
Who We Work With
In Your Corner works with women leaders who carry real responsibility.
Our clients are thoughtful, capable leaders operating in complex environments where decisions matter and expectations are high. They are often the ones others rely on for steadiness, while privately navigating pressure, change, and full lives alongside the role.
They aren’t looking for motivation or quick fixes. They want experienced partnership that helps them lead in ways that are both effective and sustainable.
In Your Corner is for women who care deeply about how they lead, not just what they deliver, and who want support that honors the full scope of what they carry.
